In this You Be You hallmark coaching series, I will help you tune in to and refine your unique set of values. We will look at where you currently spend your time and energy and then determine where you feel there are misalignments within. We will use this information to help sculpt your unique set of values and make a plan to begin living in greater alignment with them.

Living within your values takes practice. Just knowing the things you value will not always immediately change how you behave and feel when you get out into the world. Others in your life, whether they be colleagues, friends, or family members, are not likely to be on the same journey or trajectory. This can cause friction and slow progress. During this program, we will help you navigate this transition.
