About

Meet Tom

Some people are innately fascinated with how things work.  Maybe they take computers apart, or play music for hours on end.  Maybe they learn about history or run marathons.

For me, that hobby is learning about people.  How do we work?  What motivates us?  Why do our actions not always match what we say we want to do?  How do we form new habits?  What makes us believe in an idea or in a person?  What does it even mean to be human?

My interest in exploring these human topics, along with my operational mindset of solving problems and my desire to help people is what has brought me to the coaching space.

We are wonderfully complex and nuanced and yet, patterns that emerge in each of us. I am endlessly fascinated by discovering those patterns, determining which ones serve us and which ones are ready for change.

As a human myself, I have struggled to find a program that I have been able to stick to myself. Years of not facing fears, of finding myself stuck in recurring patters that are not life enhancing, and the feeling that time was slipping from me.

I believe that if the world has not yet developed the thing you need most, then you should create it. The desire then, is to help people in the ways I wasn’t helped.

  • To help people deeply understand themselves

  • To create actionable systems that lead to better lives

  • To care for the core wounds without overwhelm.

These are the things that are deeply motivating to me.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

- Mary Oliver

Overcoming fear is difficult, but the regret of an unlived life, I imagine, is utterly unbearable.

I am glad you are here.
